As I stumbled on my feet,
Stood up and leaped my fleet.
I cheered, I chuckled,
And I fixed and fought.
I shook few hands,
I missed on many.
I reached for the stars,
Then fell from the crest.
There were times so sweet,
There were talks so mean.
I got praised, I got dumped,
I got loved and then unloved.
I feared my flaws,
I lived my deeds.
I crawled through worries,
I hopped over defeats.
I was surrounded by poise,
I was abandoned by choice.
Few didn’t want me to leave,
Few didn’t want to leave me.
Today, I love every moment,
I regretted or believed.
I call them memories,
Enduring and sweet.
